You should see what happened to the first guy who started at the company. I was only stolen from for over one year and never paid for any work I did for the group. Never once. I gave them work every month.

Unfair? Stupid? Both? I know.

I will retire before they understand enough about data to work with a single customer in my clients that's why they have to buy engagements under the table.

They make nice with sales reps who don't know that I don't work at the company. They think I am there to help - they then outsource the hard stuff to partners who have no clue what's going on. It's a chain of outsourcing to the expert.

They have no clue son, and they stole what I built for a year.

That's why they have to convince people from the company to quit so they can hire directly from the company, even though it's illegal - they keep doing it. 100% of the people they bring on are talked to before they are hired. Which is what I kept saying not to do like I said not to buy the office that was purchased with my money, which is why it was an easy purchase for an Arts DEGREE.

The art degree bought the first thing on Google. The very first thing on Google is Up works, the most expensive possible option, and then the guy didn't even show up to help the 3rd or 4th guy, I'm not sure because the partner never disclosed what was happening behind the closed doors.

He would make up stupid things like, 'my lawyer told me we shouldn't make other people founders until we have 30 people' - coming from the mouth of an Arts degree who bought the first office in the first search on google. Like someone who doesn't know anything about SEO, or technology - and they spent the absolute most in the office.

Arts degree doesn't realize I can do the math, and I know they were billing customers 24/7 and not accomplishing any work. I know this because they don't know data, and would charge them for weeks before bringing the problems up. Weeks of charging customers relentlessly.

Son never trusts other people who did not WORK FOR WHAT THEY HAVE. If they were given everything their entire life, they know nothing other than taking from other people.

Son, my last business partner, took away my funnel, and then went and lied to people about me.
He thought I didn't keep tracking of the funnel I built end to end. And wasn't reaching out to clients to hear about what they were doing. I knew they were working engagements and lying to my face about not having any work for me.

Son, the owner, was hiding from me, after a year of stealing revenue and leads from what I built him, after helping him in every single engagement, after teaching him SQL, after building his future.
I had to talk one of the people he hired directly from the company illegally and had to talk him into telling me that they all got together, and fired me.

Even though I was taking care of you and your mommy after you were born, that's what they wanted to do. Even though I was spending thousands of dollars on technology to be remote and help the company I built for all of them.

I spoke with a couple VPs of the company - they all thought I still worked for them too. I made sure they know differently.

So...

They lied to steal the company, Son. That's why we didn't do much since you were born, and I will recover from this business mistake. I know what not to do moving forward my son, and for that, I apologize.

That's how bad he wanted to be me, son. Now I built jobs for 5+ people, sure. But at what point do we start telling the truth about them, so maybe they will shut up and stop telling lies about me.

Where others will cheat, fake it, and pretend my son - I will stand out. That's why their 'corporate website' has never been indexed by Google, that's why I'm on Page1 of google, and they are still cheating their clients and the company out of hundreds and thousands of dollars.
